We will be beginning the 1st class of 10 on Thursday June 3rd, at Polo Park Recreation Center in Winston-Salem (map 1) (map 2) at 7:30 pm. This class is for ANY woman (beginner or advanced) who wants to learn exactly what it takes to defend yourself in a violent situation. One of the main things you’ll be able to take from this workshop is the proper use of Environmental Awareness, Dealing with Confrontation, Knowing When To Take Action, and How To Free Yourself and Escape.

There are many friends,…even family that put off taking a class such as this. Yes- it is likely that you’ll miss a class, yes- you may have some projects this summer… but remember, this is only ONE HOUR of your evening a week that can (with your positive intention and willpower) empower you and create LASTING CHANGE.

Hey Everyone… Say hello to our newest webpage. The “Combative Corner” is going to be our web mecca regarding information and insights into the various arts. Do not be fooled by the word “Combative” however, The CC is going to be a springboard towards developing YOURSELF as a martial artists.
